Smart TV

For your convenience, we provide an excellent Smart TV you can use during your visit. Many of our past guests have told us what a big difference it made to their vacation experience. We hope you enjoy every moment of your stay, Smart TV and all.

Parking Space

It isn't a real vacation without a Parking Space. Luckily, you'll have your very own when you stay at 217 Magnolia. Of course, we'll leave you a note with everything you need to know to use the Parking Space, but please feel free to ask us questions in advance.

Patio

When it comes to the perfect vacation rental, we've thought of everything, and that includes a really great Charcoal Grill. We hope you make yourself at home and use it as much as you like. After all, it's there to make your vacation more comfortable.
