The house is equipped with a 65" Amazon Fire Smart TV so that you and your group can watch the game or your favorite series. Subscriptions include Netflix, HBO Max, DirectTV Stream, ESPN, and Amazon Prime Video.
Free Parking
If you're traveling by car, van, or minibus, the house has two off-street parking spaces where you can store your vehicle. Once you're here, many of Cincinnati's best attractions are within walking distance and/or accessible via the free Streetcar.

217 Magnolia has an intimate back patio with a garden and a fire pit.
Dedicated Workspace
For your convenience, we provide an excellent Smart TV you can use during your visit. Many of our past guests have told us what a big difference it made to their vacation experience. We hope you enjoy every moment of your stay, Smart TV and all.
Award-Winning Games
It isn't a real vacation without a Parking Space. Luckily, you'll have your very own when you stay at 217 Magnolia Street. Of course, we'll leave you a note with everything you need to know to use the Parking Space, but please feel free to ask us questions in advance.

When it comes to the perfect vacation rental, we've thought of everything, and that includes a really great Charcoal Grill. We hope you make yourself at home and use it as much as you like. After all, it's there to make your vacation more comfortable.
